“先锋中学生”国际圆桌会议 2012
大会宣言
序言
我与会代表,
意识到青年学生对人类社会的重大责任;
为实现在多元文化的背景下对普世价值的追求;
为敦促所有青年学子实现对社会的积极助益;
为实现自身及他人的充分、卓越发展;
共聚于此,发表以下宣言。
第一章(阐述对于所有青年作为世界公民所应当具备之基本世界观)
在二十一世纪之全球化背景下,我青年学生应,
一、树立世界公民之意识,承担世界公民之责任,以人类福祉、社会文明、自然和谐为终极目的,充分发挥自身在为社会的发展和进步做出贡献方面的巨大潜力,久而弗怠;
二、具备全球性之视野,正视因意识形态、社会类型、宗教、性别、种族等带来的差异,积极投身于跨国界、跨文明之交流,促进不同文明间之相互交融与肯定,致力于消除冲突,实现全人类之共同发展;
三、崇尚民主和自由;认可人人生而平等,不分种族、性别、语言、宗教或其他见解和身份之异,在尊严和权利上一律平等;所有群体或个人应承认并尊重他人之基本人权;
四、正视人类社会中诸多局限,积极进取,不懈发展自身为人类社会做出贡献的能力,致力于追求真善美等普世价值;
认可社会整体合作以及集体协作所能创造之重大价值,自觉参与社会生活;
第二章(阐述先锋中学生作为未来领袖所应当具备之基本世界观)
作为先锋中学生,我与会代表认可,
一、 优秀青年学生应承担社会领袖之责任,以自身之积极行动呼吁同辈参与实践,并引起社会对于世界公民的重视。
二、 青年学生应主动向同辈表达自己的声音,分享自己独特的观点、大胆的想象力、远大的志向和丰富的经历;时刻关注社会先进的思想和意识走向,倾听、吸纳青年们的思路见解,实现全体青年学生的共同发展;
三、 青年学生作为未来社会的主力军,应来到时代发展的前沿,主动规划和建设人类的未来;
第三章(阐述为实现使命学生于当下应当采取之方法论)
为在行动中落实上述宗旨,我青年学生应,
一、 以自身同辈青年之榜样,认可并实践本宣言之内容;
二、 以知识丰富者、深度探究者、问题解决者、理性批判者、主动规划者、敢于负责者、专注笃行者、善于合作者、协调发展者、自觉审美者、胸怀天下者、积极创造者中一项或多项为个人发展之目标,并为之不懈努力;
三、 与各方通力合作,各扬所长,齐心协力;
四、 主动运用科技的力量,以创新思维发现并解决人类社会之问题;
五、 具有仁善之心,以爱影响社会;
第四章(阐述为实现使命而呼吁社会提供之协助)
为给落实上述宗旨提供有利的客观条件,我青年学生呼吁,
一、 世界重视青年学生的发展,以教育作为促进人类进步的引擎;
二、 社会各界积极协助解决青年学生所面临的种种社会问题。这些问题包括全球环境恶化、阶层固化、贫富差距加大、疾病、饥饿、武装冲突等;
三、 教育机构应鼓励青年学生以多种方式挖掘自身潜能,并对其给予积极的支持;
结语
一、凡曾参与2012年“先锋中学生”国际圆桌会议之讨论,后签订并积极实践本宣言者,均为宣言之起草人。
二、各起草人谨签字于本宣言,以昭信守。
三、自宣言通过之日起,起草人应积极宣传并实践宣言之内容。
四、宣言保留未来之修正权利。
五、公历二零一二年五月二十日签订于中国深圳市深圳中学。
The Declaration of International Young Pioneer Round Table Conference 2012
Preface
As representatives of the conference, we, aware of youth’s great responsibility for human society, aim to pursue universal values under the multicultural background, urge young students to play a positive role in society and make a full and excellent development of ourselves and others. Therefore, we gather together and issue this declaration.
Chapter 1 Elaboration of the world view of the youth as world citizens
Under the background of globalization in 21st century, we young students should:
1. Develop consciousness of world citizens, take responsibility of world citizens, be dedicated to human happiness, social civilization, and natural harmony, and give full play to our potential in contribution to the development and progress of society, constantly and persistently.
2. Hold a global vision, face diversity resulted from ideology, social types, religion, gender, race and so on, take an active part in cross-border and cross-cultural communication, promote harmony among different cultures, eliminate conflicts, and realize common development of all mankind
3. Advocate democracy and liberty. Recognize that, regardless of race, sex, language, religion, opinions or identity difference, all people are created equal and equal in dignity and rights; recognize that all groups or individuals ought to acknowledge and respect basic human rights of others.
4. Face various limitations in human society, make progress steadily, persistently develop capabilities of making contribution to society, and be dedicated to pursue universal values such as truth, goodness and beauty; acknowledge great value created by social cooperation and group collaboration, and participate in social life voluntarily;
Chapter 2 Elaboration of the world view of pioneer high school students as future leaders
As pioneer high school students, we, representatives of the conference, acknowledge:
1. Outstanding young students should bear responsibility of social leaders, call for peers to participate in social practice through positive action, and draw social attention to world citizens.
2. Young students should take the initiative to express opinions to peers, share their unique view, bold imagination, great ambition and rich experiences, pay attention to the trend of advanced social thought and ideology constantly. Listen to and absorb youth’s ideas.and realize our common development.
3. As the main force of future society, young students should come to the forefront of the times and take the initiative in planning and construction of human future.
Chapter 3 Elaboration of methodology that students take to fulfill our mission
To achieve the above aims in action, we young students should:
1. Follow peers’ examples, recognize and practise this declaration.
2. Take as personal development goal one or several items of what follows: becoming a person with rich knowledge, becoming a person with spirit of exploration, becoming a problem solver, becoming a rational critic, becoming an initiative planner, becoming a focused person, becoming a person with spirit of cooperation, becoming an overall developed person, becoming a responsible person, becoming a person with aesthetic attitudes, becoming a world-minded person, and becoming an active creator; and strive for it.
3. Cooperate with others, give full play to advantages and pull together.
4. Make use of the power of technology initiatively. Discover and solve social problems with creative thoughts. Utilize creative thinking to find out and solve problems of human society initiatively.
5. Be kindhearted, and influence society with love.
Chapter 4 Elaboration of appeals for social assistance used to fulfill our mission
To provide favorable objective conditions for achieving the above aims, we young students appeal to:
1. The world to attach importance to young students’ development, and to take education as the engine to drive human progress.
2. People from all walks of life to actively help solve social problems that young students are faced with, including the global environmental degradation, the increasing gap between the rich and the poor, disease, starvation, armed conflicts, etc.
3. Education institutions to encourage young students to discover potential in various ways, and to strongly support them.
Conclusions
1. All that have participated in discussion at “2012 International Roundtable of Pioneer High School Students”, signed and practiced this declaration are drafters of this declaration.
2. Drafters sign names on this declaration so as to keep a promise.
3. Drafters should actively publicize and practise this declaration once it is adopted.
4. The amendment right of this declaration is reserved.
